What is included with each bracelet?
Each order includes your selected Yobest bracelet and a QR card that unlocks a simulated educational animal journey.
Is the QR experience real live wildlife tracking?
No. The QR card opens a simulated educational animal journey. It is not live wildlife GPS tracking and does not represent purchasing a real animal.
How does buy 2, get 2 free work?
The offer upgrades automatically with even-numbered sets. Four bracelets unlock buy 2, get 2. Six unlock buy 3, get 3. The same rule continues up to 20 bracelets.
When is shipping free?
Orders with 2 or more bracelets automatically receive free shipping. A single bracelet order has a $5.99 shipping fee.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are handled by our international fulfillment center. U.S. delivery is estimated at 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Do prices include customs duties or import taxes?
No. Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Unused, unworn items may be submitted for return within 14 days after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
