Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging when possible.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Cancellations and Refused Deliveries
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
If a package is refused because of unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or incorrect shipping information, return shipping costs, customs charges, and carrier handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
